Grading– Congratulations to everyone who completed their grading successfully on the weekend. As always our instructors were impressed with the energy and effort and sometimes the bravery and resilience that was required for stepping onto the mats at grading. Well done to all!

Next Grading – Please note the date for grading – Saturday 7th DECEMBER – by invitation only. Further information to follow for those who have met the requirements. Any questions please ask Pravin or Tripharn. 

Survey – A quick thank you to everyone who completed our survey. It will assist us in planning a wonderful 2020.

Timetable – Please note the new timetable as mentioned in the previous newsletter, which will be in effect from this month.  Sangrok will continue to train through school holidays as usual, with the exception of the public holiday. Sangrok will be closed on Mon 7 October.

Pink Belt Project – Sangrok is a long time supporter of the pink belt project. The Mortal Mouse Taekwondo Blogger in partnership with Australian Taekwondo has created the Pink Belt Project delivering scholarships to Australian women in need (Over 18) covering one year of Taekwondo training for free at their local school or club. If you know of anyone who may be eligible to apply for a scholarship, please let them know to register their application here, or alternatively have a chat with Master Pravin.
