Grading. Congratulations to everyone who graded on the 22 September.  The next grading will be Saturday 1st December. Grading requirements can be found on the website.  For those who attend once per week grading is every 6 months, or for those who attend 2 or more times per week, grading is available every 3 months.

IMPORTANT…..Please make sure for gradings you register on the website and pay fees prior to the day. Without registering you risk not having a certificate or belt available on the day, and it slows down the grading process.

$1 Birthday Promotion. To celebrate one year at our Mitchell premises, new students to Sangrok will only pay $1 for their first month’s training when they sign up in October (limited to the first 50 memberships). For existing Mitchell students, if you get a friend to join, your fee for the month of October is also $1! Offer expires 31 October 2018.

Sign in. Please remember to sign in every lesson. This enables the training team to determine when you have met grading requirements and it supports class management.

School holidays. Classes continue over the October school holidays. No training on public holidays unless otherwise mentioned.

Self Defence Workshop. There will be a two hour self defence workshop run by Tripharn on Friday 9th Nov at 6.30 to 8.30pm (note the date change from the 2nd).  Cost is $20 per person. It is essential that you register on the website and arrange payment before the day. Available for ages 14+.

Taekwondo Basics Workshop. There will be a two hour junior belt workshop on Sunday 18 Nov 3.00 to 5.00pm. White and yellow belts are strongly encouraged to attend. Cost is $20 per person. It is essential that you register on the website and arrange payment before the day. All ages are welcome.

Summer Training Shirts. Men’s, Ladies and Kid’s Sangrok t-shirts are now available to purchase for $25 each. These t-shirts can be worn between 1st of Nov 2018 and 28 Feb 2019.

Save the Date.
Saturday 1st December – combined Radford/Mitchell grading – final grading for 2018.
Sunday 9th December – End of Year Party
