Sangrok is focused on family training with classes that cater for adults, teens, and children training together,
We welcome children under seven to train with a parent in our general classes or to join our Sangrok Mini! program, specifically for children aged 4-7 years old.
Children under 7 are free with a parent when signing up for our ongoing memberships.
