2024 MEMBER SURVEY

The Sangrok team will be meeting soon to discuss opportunities for Sangrok. We would love your input. Please complete this super quick 3 minute survey!

SUMMER TRAINING AND T-SHIRTS

As it warms up we would like to remind everyone to bring a drink bottle to training. We also recommend that you ensure you have eaten enough during the day as well.

As usual, students are able to wear a t-shirt to training in December, January, and February. Please note the following conditions:

  • T-shirts must have sleeves (no singlets for hygiene reasons)
  • T-shirts must be a Sangrok branded t-shirt or a PLAIN navy or PLAIN white t-shirt without any logos or embellishments
  • Full dobok must be worn for gradings and formal events

T-shirts can be purchased at cost price (we don’t apply any mark-up) from our online apparel store.

GOOGLE REVIEW

Sangrok is a small, community club and we rely on word of mouth to bring in new members (and more members mean more that we can do for you). We would love it if you would give us a 5 star rating, and a lovely comment of course, on Google as this gives prospective members the confidence to get in touch! If you don’t feel like we are providing 5-star training, please get in touch with Erin or Trip and let us know what we can do to improve.
