If you receive an email titled “Your upcoming class booking” this means that you have registered for the class and that the class is oversubscribed with a waiting list of students who would like to attend. if you know you will be unable to make it please cancel your booking so that others can attend in your place!

Uniform order

We will be putting in an order for some light-weight/sparring-weight doboks from our J-Calicu supplier. Price to be confirmed, but we hope to offer these doboks to you for around $100 each. Please email info@sangrok.net.au ASAP to express your interest.

Expressions of interest for sparring sessions

Darien Sir would like to offer sparring classes at 6.30pm on Thursday evenings for students who are interesting in learning more about sport sparring and who may be like to enter local (ACT) taekwondo competitions (no obligation to compete). These classes will only go ahead if we have a minimum of 10 students who will commit to classes (on a term by term basis). If you would like to attend, please email info@sangrok.net.au.

We disinfect the focus pads between each use, however, if you would like to buy a pair of cotton gloves that you can wash between sessions they are available from Coles, Woolworths, and pharmacies for $2-3 a pair.
