Our club is facing a environment where the continued operation of Sangrok Australia is challenged, however, we are committed to tackling it head on. Our Sangrok team, who are volunteers, are working hard behind the scenes to bring you ongoing, quality taekwondo training through this time and we deeply appreciate your ongoing support. It is so important for us all to remain active and connected to our communities at this time, which is why we are so passionate about the benefits, both physical and mental, of taekwondo. We can’t wait to train with you all at the dojang as soon as possible!

Website – We are keeping our webpage – especially the secure student area up to date. We are adding new content regularly, including mini lessons, links to recordings of out live classes and more. If you need the password, please get in contact.

LIVE Online Classes – We have been working really really hard to deliver LIVE online classes with Master Pravin. Don’t stress if you can’t make the live classes, these classes are also posted on the student area of our website for students to do at their leisure. It has been wonderful to participate in these live classes and have the opportunity to exercise, continue our taekwondo learning and connect with our clubmates too!

Timetable – Our upcoming online classes are on:
Saturday – 9.30am
Saturday – 10.30am (poomsae)
Monday – 6.00pm
Wednesday – 6.00pm

Recorded Classes – Along with the recorded live classes we have also produced some shorter training videos for when you maybe short on time. The latest is Core and leg strengthening exercises (beginner) with Tripharn (20mins). Please provide feedback to us on what else you would like to see. Poomsae videos are next on our list!

Weekly challenge – Check out our online classes for each week’s challenge.

Grading – Grading is ON. We have thought hard about how to do it in the current environment and we have decided to run this grading via video submission. As usual, grading is by invitation only. Grading invitations have been sent to those who are eligible, however, if you think that you are ready for grading and you didn’t receive an invitation, please get in touch with us.

Facebook – Our Sangrok Students Facebook group is a fantastic way to keep up to date with all things Sangrok! Please join us!

Instagram – We’d love to share photos of you doing taekwondo from home! If you have a photo to share, please send it via Facebook Messenger or email to erin.mace@live.com.au
