COVID update

ACT mask mandate
It is now compulsory to wear a mask in the ACT. While, at this stage, you do not need to wear a mask during training, you do need to wear one when arriving at the club, while waiting for your class and while leaving the club. If you forget your mask we do have a small number of masks available for $2.

Isolation and stay-at-home requirements
– If you have returned from a hot-spot or an area of concern you are required to follow ACT Health stay-at-home/isolation orders. If you are affected by these orders, please contact us on info@sangrok.net.au.
– If you feel unwell please do not attend the dojang and seek advice regarding COVID testing.

QR code sign in
Please remember to always check in via the CheckInCBRT app on arrival to the club. If you forgot your phone, just let one of the Sangrok team know and we can check you in on your behalf. There are large fines for businesses and individuals who do not comply with these requirements.

Our COVIDSafe measures
We are continuing to follow our COVIDSafe measures by disinfecting surfaces and equipment between classes.

Gradings

Intermediate/advanced kicking and stretching workshop

Darien is running an intermediate/advanced kicking and stretching workshop on Saturday the 31st of July from 12-2pm. The workshop will cover chamber, balance and the 3 Ss of Sangrok kicking and combos. To register your interest, please email info@sangrok.net.au.
