We’ve had a month of instructor choice sessions over January with lots of challenges, combinations, and fitness training. We’re now back to our normal training program with a rotating training focus that covers all areas of our curriculum as we work towards our April grading.

FEBRUARY TRAINING

With another month of summer to go we’re expecting a few more hot training days in our dojang. To get the most out of your training we recommend that you:

  • Bring your own drink bottle to training – if you forget your drink bottle we have some cups available (please wash up your cup after class)
  • Wear a t-shirt on hot days if you prefer – t-shirts can be plain white, plain navy or a Sangrok shirt (which are delivered to you for cost price, there is no mark up on our merchandise)
  • Avoid wearing layers under your dobok, if possible
  • Ensure you drink lots of water during the day and have a small, healthy snack before training
  • Let an instructor know if you are feeling unwell

WEBSITE UPDATES

You may have noticed that the student portal is looking a bit different. The Sangrok Team has been busy making upgrades over the break. There is still a bit to go but we think you will like the changes. The student portal is a great resource for our students with training videos, information about grading requirements, and more!
