Covid training update
The ACT Government has announced that from March 2021 it is mandatory for anyone over the age of 16 to check into each venue they visit using the CheckIn CBR app. This means that all of our students and any visitors or spectators who are 16 or older must check in to our dojang using the QR code at entry.
For information about how to use the Check In CBR app, please visit the ACT Government website or ask for assistance as you come in!
Please remember to also sign in for each class using Clubworx (iPad) as that is the program we use to track attendance and consider eligibility for grading.
If you have any questions or concerns, please check in with Erin at training, or send an email to info@sangrok.net.au
Public holiday update – No training Monday 8 March
There are no classes at Sangrok on public holidays, which means that training on Canberra Day (Monday 8 March) will not go ahead. Please book a make-up class at a time that suits you!
Full doboks for training
Sangrok uniform policy states that T-shirts can be worn in the summer months, from December to February. That means that as of Monday, all students should wear full taekwondo dobok to training.
Grading
Our next grading will be held on Saturday 27 March. Invitations for grading will be sent out in the next week.
Our secure online learning area has lots of information and resources to help you prepare for grading. If you need the password please speak to an instuctor.
Senior belt students (red belt and above) are reminded that you will need to complete your pre-grading assessment at least 2 weeks prior to grading to be considered.
