Bring a Mate in May – We want to share the fun of taekwondo so bring your friends or family to Sangrok to train with you for FREE in May! If they sign up, you will get one month free training! So now is the time to be telling all your friends to come and join us at Sangrok in MAY!
Updated Timetable – a remind to check the website for the latest timetable. A reminder that we do not train on public holidays.
Shoes – please place shoes in the shoe boxes provided at the top of the stairs as you walk through the door. Please avoid leaving shoes downstairs at the front door as it is creating a trip hazard.
Grand Master Chang Visit – a reminder that Grand Master Chang will be running workshops on the 11-12 May. Registration is available on the website.

Entertainment book – Sangrok are fundraising again with the entertainment book. The book costs $60 and is available in digital or hardcopy form. Twenty percent goes straight back to the club. Purchase your copy here.
